IPOF President, Dr. Anjali Bhasin

Dear IPOF Members!

It is both a privilege and a joy to serve as President of the Indian Physicians of Florida. IPOF is more than an organization — it is a family of compassionate healers and community leaders united by purpose, pride, and service. Together, we strive to elevate health, education, and wellness while nurturing the next generation of physicians.

As we honor our roots and embrace the future, may our collective spirit of unity, compassion, and excellence continue to light the way forward for our community.

With heartfelt gratitude,
Dr. Anjali Bhasin, MD

IPOF MISSION ->

2025 IPOF Gala

2025 IPOF Health Fair

People Strength

We have a large population of established physicians as IPOF members working toward a common goal.

Our effectiveness as a body rests in our people strength, the number of engaged members and also the constant grooming of younger members ensure a broad age spectrum of members with different talents and views.

Projects of Impact

Publishings
Using research as a tool to direct care giving. Many of our Physicians have published many research papers on some of the various healthcare platforms

Mentorship
Many healthcare providers in IPOF network provide mentorship to Medical students, Residents and Fellows.

CME & GME
IPOF in collaboration with AAPI provide GME (Graduate Medical Education credits) and CME (Continuous Medical Education Credits)

Power of Unity

Female Physicians
IPOF leverages the power of our purpose and networks to help address specific challenges women face: these include the dual roles balanced by female physicians – at work and at home, and their increasing role in the future of Healthcare.

Second Generation
We ensure that our heritage remains rich and strong through our second generation physicians and those who come after. Also, we will strive to increase our membership by inviting others to join and by manifesting the strong message of power of unity.

Healthcare & Societal Reform

Collectively, Indian American Physicians are one of the biggest stakeholders in the current healthcare system, with one in seven patients currently managed by us. This is an incredible matter of pride and also a great responsibility. We need to be a driving force for the change we seek in our healthcare system.

We must be involved and be vocal to fix a system that too often doesn’t serve the needs of ignored communities.

Meet Our IPOF Officers

Our passionate and dedicated team of officers bring together a diverse range of skills and expertise to deliver exceptional results. From creative visionaries to meticulous strategists, we work seamlessly together to make IPOF a productive and beneficial resource for physicians.
