Late Dr. Rajendra P. Gupta, MD
Dr. Rajendra P. Gupta, MD, was a revered leader in the South Florida community, whose lifelong dedication to service and education touched countless lives.
As one of the founders of the South Florida Hindu Temple, Indian Physicians of Florida, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI), Dr. Gupta played a pivotal role in shaping the cultural and professional landscape for Indian-Americans. He was also deeply involved in higher education, serving on the boards of Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and Broward College, where he championed academic excellence and opportunities for all.
His advocacy for those unable to represent themselves and his unwavering belief in the transformative power of education made him a beacon of hope and empowerment.
In honor of his legacy, a scholarship will be established in his name, reflecting his commitment to fostering education and uplifting future generations in the community he cherished.
